  Carefully pack your items in their original Xanadu Living boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they remain safe during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
